What makes us different
Four statements, each of which can be checked on this site rather than taken on trust.
- A public reference to the whole top-tier market. We publish an open reference to deluxe, elite and premium new-builds in Moscow — 238 developments by 97 developers across 146 city territories — with side-by-side comparisons and price per square metre by class, sourced and dated. It is a working tool, not a shop window for our own stock.
- One broker per transaction. The person who took the brief is the person who closes the deal.
- Direct relationships with developers. Direct terms open addresses and units before the public launch; in new-build deals the developer pays the fee.
- Checks before a recommendation. Title history, owners, encumbrances and alterations on the property; structure, engineering and management on the building; the developer in the project declaration, permits and phasing on a new build. We say what we find, including when it puts the deal in question.
What we do not do
Boundaries save more time than claims do.
- We do not run a public listing board: much of the supply at this level is sold without publication, and a shortlist is assembled for a specific brief.
- We do not work in the mass market — deluxe, elite and premium only.
- We do not pass a brief down a chain: one broker sees it through.
