By ticking the box in a form on this website you give FATÓSH ESTATE consent to process your personal data on the terms below — freely, of your own will and in your own interest. The Russian version is the legally binding one.
Data
From the form: name, phone; optionally the purpose, budget and a comment. For an office pass: full name, time of visit, car number plate. For recommendations and partnership: your name, phone, company, email; the name and phone of the person you recommend — with their knowledge. Technical: IP address of the sender, the page and the referral source.
Purposes
To reply to the enquiry and arrange viewings or meetings; to issue a building pass; to record a recommendation, sign an agreement and pay the reward; to protect the forms from spam.
Actions
Collection, recording, systematisation, storage, clarification, use, transfer under instruction and in the cases below, deletion and destruction — with and without automation.
Recipients
Brokers of the agency (sole proprietors acting under the agency’s instruction); the developer or owner of a property — name and phone only, after you have chosen it and agreed separately; the building management — for the pass.
Term and withdrawal
Valid for 3 years from the last contact. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to hello@fatosh.ru or on Telegram; the data are deleted within 30 days.
